Abstract: There are “awe-inspiring” systems in the nature. Effective observation of these systems and their adoption in life are highly important. Insects are the most interesting creatures of the animal kingdom. Their life events, behaviours, physiologies, morphologies should be investigated in detail and adopted in life. In bio-material production processes - especially in defence, space and mechatronics applications- modelling of nature and particularly insects will break new grounds in technology. Studies to be conducted in this field will lead to a breakthrough in designs of materials such as new solar cells, space tools and equipment, self-regenerating cells and under-water equipment.
