Abstract: For the detection of the chorionic components and to stress out its secretion from follicle cells, living cell analysis, periodic acid-Schiff’s staining and bromophenol blue staining were done. Chorion was detected as a follicular secretion secreted from matured follicle cells and contained good amount of protein and carbohydrate moiety.
