Abstract:

One of the autoimmune diseases and metabolic disorders is type 1 diabetes mellitus. The goal of the current study was to compare the immune markers, lipid, and liver enzyme profiles of children with type 1 diabetes to those of healthy kids. For this, the immunological markers (IL4, IL10, and IL17), the lipid profile (total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL-C, and LDL-C), and the liver enzymes (ALT, AST, ALP, and GGT) were detected in twenty diabetic patients and ten healthy youngsters. The current study's findings demonstrate a large rise in IL4 and IL17 in diabetic children when compared to children who are not diabetic, as well as a significant difference in lipid profiles and liver enzymes between diabetic children and children who are not diabetic. The present investigation demonstrates a strong correlation between kidney. Function and vitamin D levels in people with diabetes. According to the current study's findings, type 1 diabetes has a significant impact on immunological markers and some biochemical parameters.
