The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of phytochemicals from ciplukan trees and dragon fruit skin as probiotics on the performance, carcass of Bali ducks. The study used 200 Bali ducks (55.97±4.98 g), with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) and 5 treatments and 4 replications, each replication consisting of 10 Bali ducks. The treatments given were R0: Drinking water without ciplukan extract and dragon fruit skin extract (control); R1: Drinking water containing 5% ciplukan extract; R2: drinking water containing 5% dragon fruit skin extract; R3: drinking water containing a mixture of 2.5% ciplukan and 2.5% dragon fruit skin extract; and R4: drinking water containing a mixture of 5%ciplukan extract and 5% dragon fruit skin extract. The variables observed were performance, carcass, non-carcass. The results of the study, obtained the average value of final body weight, body weight gain, FCR, carcass, non- carcass, among treatments groups R1, R2, R3 and R4 were not significantly different (p>0.05), but were significantly higher compared to R0 (p<0.05). It can be concluded and suggested that using a mixture of 2.5% ciplukan extract and 2.5% dragon fruit skin extract can improve performance, carcass production, in Bali ducks aged 1-6 weeks.
